Cancellation Policy
Clients will have to pay a non-refundable deposit.
There is a 10-minute window. If you are 11 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show.
No show and cancellation policy: If you are a first-time client who no-shows and did not contact us, you will be banned from booking. Book hopping will result in you getting banned from online booking. If you cancel and do not give 30 minutes' notice or you don't rebook your appointment, you will be banned.
Kacey with Yellow Rose Wellness reserves the right to act in discretion. If there has been an encounter such as abuse, foul language, sexual harassment, misconduct, unpaid service, etc. Kacey with Yellow Rose Waxing has the right to refuse service.
